Terms of service

Who we are and who these terms are for

Roomhero is provided from 2 Venture Drive, #19-21, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526 (“we”). You can write to us at viviana@tryroomhero.com.

These terms are between us and the business that orders Roomhero (“you”). Roomhero is a service for businesses. When you order, you confirm that you act for a business and that you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

What we do for you

We build 3D models of your products from your photos, measurements or product links. We host them, show them to your shoppers in a viewer that opens the product in their room on their phone, and keep that viewer up to date. We install the viewer on your store or give you the single line of code to place on your pages. We support you by email in English, French, Spanish and Mandarin.

Each plan covers a number of products, as shown on our pricing page when you order. The pricing page you saw when you ordered applies to your order.

Your free model

You can ask for a free model of one of your products. We build it, check it and show it to you on a private page where you can open it in your own room. It carries no obligation. We do not put anything on your store until you approve it. We offer one free model to each business.

Delivery and changes

We deliver each model within 2 working days of receiving everything we need. You review each model before it goes live. Changes are unlimited and free until the model matches your product as shown in your photos and measurements.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term. You pay in advance, in the currency shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax, value added tax and similar taxes.

You can cancel at any time by writing to viviana@tryroomhero.com. A monthly plan ends at the close of the month you have paid for.

Your materials and your models

You keep all rights in your product photos, designs, names, logos and other materials. We use your materials only to build, host, show and support your models.

The 3D models, textures and related files we build for you from your materials belong to you. Once you have paid for them, we assign to you all rights we hold in them. We keep all rights in the software, tools and viewer code we use to provide Roomhero.

What we promise

We provide Roomhero with reasonable skill and care. A 3D model is a visual representation of your product made from the materials you gave us.

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.
